The Mastropizza peel is the ideal choice for those who are looking for a light and manageable peel

Material: Made of anodised aluminium alloy, it has a good wear and heat resistance.
Features:
- Aluminium back insert, which increases its strength
- The 1.5 mm thickness of the sheet provides lightness and flexibility to the product
- The micro-dotted finish on the tip of the blade creates a smoother transition between the blade plate and the pizza
Design:
- Pressed rivets join the parts together in a solid, strong and durable manner
- The plastic end piece is attached to the handle by means of an interlock
- Tapered edge to facilitate pizza lifting
