The Codroipo stainless steel perforated peel is the ideal tool for handling and removing pizza from the oven with ease

Design:
- The peel plate has a classic perforated round shape
- The ergonomic wooden end piece and slide offer optimal control during use
- Perforated blade assists during the handling of the pizza, the friction between the holes and the dough allows excess flour to be removed
- The ergonomic end piece allows a comfortable grip on the tool; it has a hole for hanging the product
