Design

• Unique three-dimensional design, with elevations on the peel plate, which reduce friction and increase the sliding of the pizza on the plate
• Pressed rivets join the parts together in a solid, strong and durable manner
• ‍The aluminium alloy joint insert on the blade plate is inserted and fixed with the peel inside the tube. This increases its bending strength and acts as a thermal joint, limiting the diffusion of heat to the peel tube

Features:

• Perforated blade plate allows the weight of the peel to be reduced and to discharge excess flour, which would otherwise be burnt during cooking
• Models 33, 36, 40 cm: 1.5 mm thickness of the metal sheet gives greater lightness and flexibility to the product
• Models 45, 50 cm: 2 mm thickness of the metal sheet gives greater strength and stability to the product
